Lisa Finstad is a Paralegal for Engelmeier & Umanah. Lisa joined the firm in November, 2009. She has over 10 years experience managing and providing administrative support to Public Sector, Non-Profit, and Social Service organizations and over 5 years experience providing operations and administrative management to the construction industry. Lisa has a B.A. in Social Work and a M.A in Public Administration. She is currently pursuing a career transition into the legal field and is attending night school at the Minnesota Paralegal Institute.

Lisa believes that client service is her number one priority. Lisa is detailed, analytical, an innovative problem solver and easily develops rapport with a variety of unique personalities. She excels at managing multiple priorities and deadlines. She is always looking for ways to increase efficiency and streamline processes.

In her spare time, Lisa enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, and spending time with her family.
