April Paul possesses more than 30 years experience working in the legal field, including more than thirteen years as a paralegal prior to joining Engelmeier & Umanah.  April works primarily in the areas of employment law, litigation and early childhood education matters. She also has bankruptcy experience.

"Can do" is April’s middle name. She is a creative problem solver, who understands that clients come first. Her detail orientation and excellent organizational skills help provide optimal representation of our clients in a wide variety of matters. In fact, many clients have tried to hire April, but she enjoys serving clients in the law firm setting (and she is to good to let go!).

In her spare time, April enjoys bowling, softball and golf. She has two sons and a granddaughter.
