Jamie Flom is a paralegal and human resource professional at Engelmeier & Umanah, P.A. Her main area of focus is employment law. Jamie brings 24 years of legal experience to the Firm in a variety of practice areas, providing valuable assistance in all aspects of client service – from pre-litigation investigation through post-trial proceedings. Jamie excels at assisting in providing advice and counsel to both individuals and businesses on workplace issues, contracts, policies, executive compensation and public employment issues.

Prior to joining Engelmeier & Umanah, P.A., Jamie worked as a paralegal for the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office, as well as other private law firms. Working with both employees and business owners and managers has allowed Jamie to gain insight that can benefit clients from both perspectives.

Jamie has two children and enjoys traveling whenever she can. She also enjoys shopping, movies, and reading in her spare time.
