Jacqueline M. Schuh practices at Engelmeier & Umanah, P.A. law firm's office located in St. Cloud, Minnesota. She has practiced in outstate Minnesota for over twenty-five years. Her practice focuses on a few different areas: estates, trusts, probates, medical assistance, and related litigation; creating and advising of small and large businesses, including litigation, and healthcare and employment law and litigation for simple and complex matters. Ms. Schuh advises and assists individuals, families, business and farm owners to develop and implement estate, business, and succession plans for their assets with the goal of preserving assets and minimizing or avoiding estate taxes. Ms. Schuh also advises personal representatives, trustees, conservators, guardians and health care agents. In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Schuh served as a Judge Advocate General ("JAG" military lawyer) for over twenty years, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel in 2008. She also taught for over eighteen years as Adjunct Faculty in Communication Studies, Political Science, and Criminal Justice at St. Cloud State University. She has served on State and local boards and committees for non-profits and served as past President, VP and Secretary-Treasurer of the Stearns-Benton Bar Association; President of the Central Minnesota Estate Planning Council, and is a member of the Minnesota Bar Association. She completed her undergraduate studies at St. Cloud State University and J.D. at William Mitchell College of Law.
