Jacqueline M. Schuh

Jacqueline M. Schuh practices at Engelmeier & Umanah, P.A. law firm’s office located in St. Cloud, Minnesota. She has practiced in outstate Minnesota for more than twenty-five years. Ms. Schuh’s practice focuses on estates, trusts, probates, medical assistance, creating and advising of small and large businesses, healthcare, employment law and all related litigation, including appeals. She advises and assists individuals, families, businesses and farmers, to develop and implement estate, business, and succession plans for their assets with the goal of preserving assets, minimizing or avoiding estate taxes, and avoiding probates. Ms. Schuh also advises Personal Representatives, Trustees, Guardians and Conservators, Health Care Agents. In addition, she served as a Judge Advocate General (“JAG” military lawyer) for more than twenty years and is a LtCol in the IRR. Ms. Schuh also taught for more than eighteen years as Adjunct Faculty in Communication Studies, Political Science, and Criminal Justice at St. Cloud State University. She has also served on State and local boards and committees for non-profits, including Goodwill Easter Seals, the Stearns-Benton Bar Association; and the Central Minnesota Estate Planning Council. Ms. Schuh completed her undergraduate studies at St. Cloud State University and J.D. degree at William Mitchell College of Law.
