
Jacqueline M. Schuh practices at Engelmeier & Umanah, P.A. law firm's office located in St. Cloud, Minnesota. She has practiced in outstate Minnesota for over twenty years. Ms. Schuh's practice focuses on creating and advising small and large businesses, healthcare law and litigation, estates, trusts, probates, employment law and related litigation, including appeals. She advises and assists individuals, families, businesses and farms with developing and implementing estate, business, and succession plans with the goal of preserving assets and minimizing or avoiding estate taxes and probates. Ms. Schuh also advises individual and corporate Personal Representatives, Trustees, and Health Care Agents.
Jackie also served as a Judge Advocate General ("JAG" military lawyer) for more than twenty years in both the Army and Air National Guard, and retired at the rank of LtCol.
Jackie too, taught for over eighteen years as Adjunct Faculty in Communication Studies, Political Science, and Criminal Justice at her alma mater, St. Cloud State University. She completed her Juris Doctor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
Finally, Ms. Schuh has served on local boards and committees, including Goodwill Easter Seals, Stearns-Benton Bar Association, and the Central Minnesota Estate Planning Council.
