Sheila has served as an ADR neutral relating to a wide range of disputes, from estate planning and malpractice to non-compete disputes and business breakups. However, she focuses on employment and shareholder matters in mediation. She is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Engelmeier & Umanah.
